Welcome to AMC Concrete. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the concrete services we provide (driveways, patios, stamped concrete, sidewalks, repairs, etc.). By accessing our site or hiring our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

AMC Concrete offers professional concrete installation, repair, and design services including but not limited to:

  • Concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, walkways

  • Stamped and decorative concrete

  • Concrete gutters, flooring, and foundation work

  • Free estimates and consultations

All work is subject to a separate signed Service Agreement detailing project scope, timeline, and final price.

Estimates & Quotes

  • Free estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided.

  • A written estimate is not a final invoice. Final price may change if project scope, material costs, or site conditions change after inspection.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to unforeseen site issues (e.g., poor drainage, unstable ground, access restrictions).

Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel a service request within 24 hours of booking without penalty.

  • After 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable if we have already purchased materials or reserved crew time.

  • If AMC Concrete cancels for reasons other than safety or customer breach, any deposit will be fully refunded.

Website Use & Content

  • All text, images, gallery photos, and FAQs on this website are owned by AMC Concrete and may not be reproduced without written permission.

  • We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that service descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free.

  • We may modify website content or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law:

  • AMC Concrete is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, property damage beyond the concrete work itself) arising from our services or website use.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services or website is limited to the amount you paid us for those specific services.
